Prayer for Schools: Tuesday 3rd February 8-9.30pm at St. Columba's Church. People from all the Bridge of Don churches will be joining together to lift the local schools, and our work in them, up to God in prayer. So whether you're a parent, pupil, teacher, member of staff or simply an interested community member please put this date in your diary!
Church of Scotland Enquirers’ Conference: Friday 6th–Saturday 7th February At the Scottish Police College, Tulliallan, Kincardine. Overnight accommodation and meals provided for £20 booking fee.
Church Flowers
Thank you to all who donated flowers during 2008 - the flowers were distributed to members of the congregation after the Sunday service, and were much appreciated by those who received them. If any member of the congregation would like to donate flowers for Sunday services during 2009, please write your name against your preferred date on the 2009 calendar which is soon to be displayed on the noticeboard in the foyer. New noticeboards are to be fitted so, in the meantime, please speak to either Maureen, Pat or Lorna, any elder, or email flowerteam@stcolumbaschurch.org.uk with the date you would like.
CLC Bookshop is moving The CLC bookshop in Back Wynd will close on 31st December to re-open on 13th January in its new location at: The Credo Centre, 14-20 John Street, Aberdeen.
Essential Verbal Notices will now take place 5 minutes prior to the start of the service. Unless absolutely necessary, please arrange to have your notices placed in the Weekly Notice Sheet by Thursday evening.
