Brief History
As well as St. Columba’s Church, there are other churches in Bridge of Don. The Bridge of Don churches have grown very close to one another over many years and the closest ties now exist between them.
This inter-church friendship began a number of years ago when the pastors and leaders of the churches started meeting for coffee and friendship. Now, the church leaders meet fortnightly to share news, enjoy fellowship, and to pray for each other. This ministerial friendship has transcended any doctrinal distinctives and the church leaders have become true brothers in Christ, united by a shared love for Jesus.
The Bridge of Don churches gather for united worship 6 times a year. They also co-operate in youth ministry and children’s work. The vision for this co-operation is to evangelise our community together, and to please God by the love we show each other.
